What do I need to know before I contact you?

Wireless:
Your current wireless setup will continue to work as before, but why bother. If you notice in your current situation, the computer that is directly plugged into the broadband router always has the best speed. In some cases, with wireless, you nearly have to 'sit' on top of the router before it will work. Wireless tends to 'drop'. Wireless won't reach all of your rooms. Apart from that, your wireless will still work alongside our system.

What do I need to have:
If you have broadband installed by Eircom, BT, UPC and others, you will have a router in your house. It's the small box that they plugged the phone line into, sometimes branded with Netopia, Zycel, or Eircom. It doesn't matter which, but we just need 1 free space in that box. There are usually 4 in total.

What do I need to tell you:
Simply tell us the amount of 'devices' you want to have on your network. E.g. in our demo family, they had 5 devices. We will add 1 extra for the router.

How long will it take to install it and do you support it:
It should take anywhere between 2 and 4 hours, and we have to include time to show you how to use it, which is actually very easy. The only support you will need is in the first couple of weeks, as you get used to it.
