What should I do before I call you?

1. Check the obvious - leads unplugged - trip switch etc.
2. For no power issues to monitor or main box, try swapping around the cables - it may just be a fuse blown in the plug!

1. You think you have a Virus! or Spyware

You've just received your new machine, but your old one has a lot of data on it,
that you need transferring to the new one. E.g. IPod songs - photos - emails etc.

2. You've bought a new PC and you want the data transferred off old one

There are 2 situations here. If it looks like a software issue - we can do the Complete PC Restore. If there is any sort of noise whatsoever coming from the hard disk, e.g. grinding noise - We will have to perform a Data Recovery to rescue files. A blue screen error 50% of the time means there is something wrong with the hardware in the machine - either memory or more commonly the motherboard.
Everything is fixable!!!

3. Your machine will not boot up at all - or blue screens

You have a wireless router from Eircom / BT / Perlico etc. but you don't seem to be able to connect to it from certain rooms as it's too weak. Sometimes your wireless internet connection drops when you're in the middle of doing something. You would like to connect all the computers in the house or office to the internet, share files, and print to the main printer. We can fix problems, or install a new network.
